I have been an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) since 1993.  For 23 years I had a franchise agreement with Excel and have become independent in June 2016.  I believe that confidence is built on positive experience and therefore I aim to make every lesson enjoyable and allow you to progress at your own pace.

I take pride in my professional development.  Some of my qualifications include City & Guilds 730 Teaching Certificate, RoSPA and Institute of Advanced Motorist Advanced Driving Tests, Cardington Special Test and the Diploma in Advanced Driving Instruction.

As an Approved Driving Instructor I undergo regular checks by the Driving Standards Agency and am CRB checked. I have completed a CHCHE Level 2 Certificate in Safeguarding.

Thank you Sue. I am so pleased that I passed first time and I’m so glad that I had you as my teacher. Thank you for sticking with me for so long and all the kindness and help you gave me over this time. I will miss our lessons but can’t wait to drive on my own. Thank you again for all your help!
