• All pupils have to hold a valid provisional driving licence and meet the DVSA medical and eyesight requirements.
• Lessons will start/finish at the agreed time and place.  If the pupil is late, the lesson will be respectively shorter.  In the unlikely event that I am late (I may be stuck in traffic somewhere) I will make every effort to inform the pupil and will make up for the lost time.
• All lessons must be paid for at least 24 hours in advance.
• At least 24 hrs notice must be given for lesson cancellations otherwise the lesson will still be charged at full price.
• I reserve the right to withhold my car for use in the driving test if in my opinion the pupil is not up to test standard.
• I reserve the right to end a lesson if the pupil appears to be too unwell to continue or is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Any lessons paid in advance must be used up within 12 months of payment.
